Make a move. Make a difference.

Ever thought about working for the NHS?

Or maybe you already work in the health sector, and want to take your career in a new direction?

You may not have heard of Dorset HealthCare. But chances are you or someone you know has used one of our 12 community hospitals. Your family may have benefited from our health visiting service, district nurses or occupational therapists.

You may know someone who has received vital support for addiction, chronic pain, brain injury or mental illness, or who was given precious end of life care.

We’re here to help people. Why not join us?

Dorset HealthCare employs more than 6,500 people, all focused on making lives better. We care for people when they are unwell, support their recovery and give them the knowledge and confidence to stay as healthy as possible.

It’s a challenging task, but very rewarding. And you can help people in a surprising variety of ways.

We don’t just need nurses.

All skills have a part to play.

Like all parts of the NHS, we desperately need doctors, nurses, psychologists, therapists, apprentices and healthcare workers.

But caring for people involves lots of different elements. If you have experience in finance, IT, maintenance, catering, housekeeping, business admin, project management and other professions, you can provide the invaluable support our frontline clinical and medical staff need.
